Erin started her real estate career with the Jacobs Group as a buyers agent, part time, while still working as a restaurant manager. Then, the pandemic hit and she took the opportunity to shift with the market and go full speed ahead. Now Erin works with all types of clients to help them grow wealth through real estate, whether first time home buyers, new investors, families downsizing or upgrading, rehabilitation investors, family and friends. Seeing clients light up when they get an offer for a rehabbed property or getting keys to their first home is her favorite part of the job.
She stays up to date with the ever changing market by constantly attending top producer panels and conferences. Taking additional classes to better her negotiating, communicating, and pricing skills help build her clients' confidence in her ability to save or make them more money. Erin grew up in Maryland and has lived in many different places including Mackinac Island, Chicago, and a 37' sailboat all along the east coast between Maryland and Florida. She settled in Royal Oak about 6 years ago with her husband, Ernie. You can catch her golfing, fishing, sailing, or visiting family in Florida in her spare time.
