Jolene Jacobs is the Founder and Team Operator of Michigan Living Realty, a top-performing Metro Detroit real estate team that has helped clients buy and sell more than 850 homes across Southeast Michigan. Recognized as a Top 100 Realtor in Oakland County among more than 15,000 licensed real estate agents, Jolene has earned hundreds of 5-star reviews and referrals through her commitment to exceptional service, market expertise, and results.
Raised in a small town in Michigan's Thumb region, Jolene graduated Summa Cum Laude from Central Michigan University before spending 17 years in Human Resources leadership with some of Michigan's largest employers, including Henry Ford Health, Lowe's, and Sparrow Health System. Her leadership, negotiation, and client advocacy experience became the foundation for a successful career in real estate.
Today, Jolene specializes in residential and commercial real estate, helping buyers, sellers, investors, and business owners navigate complex transactions with confidence. She is known for combining strategic market knowledge with a personalized approach that puts clients' goals first.

Jolene is married to her business partner, Mark Jacobs, who leads Plaid Shirt Properties, a division of the Michigan Living Realty family of companies. Together, they are passionate about real estate, entrepreneurship, and helping clients build wealth through property ownership and investment.
Outside of work, Jolene enjoys golfing, home remodeling, and interior decorating—interests that complement her passion for real estate and transforming spaces.
